Sound Bath Meditation with Rebecca and Lawrence: Sunday 12th May 5-6.15pm

A great opportunity for you to relax and unwind while you bathe in healing frequencies.

With guided meditation, breath work, aromatherapy and chanting to enhance your experience.

Includes sacred instruments such as Crystal Singing Bowls and the Native American Flute.

Mats, blankets and bolsters are provided, but please feel free to bring anything else you like for your own personal comfort and relaxation.

In this session, we will briefly look at the theory of sound and mantra and how helpful it can be for steadying our autonomic nervous system response to stress.

Soothing sound coupled with steady yoga practices, will guide us into a deeply restful and quiet state, giving us a punctuation mark at the end of the week and a gentle gateway into the weekend!
