Privacy Policy

Nurture Saddleworth Ltd is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and that all personal information is treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your Personal Data

Our aim is to safeguard the privacy of our customers whilst providing a personalised and valuable service. Any information you are asked to provide will only be used to enable us to effectively interact with you, deliver and improve our services, and (with your consent) inform you on topics which we think you may find relevant such as upcoming events and special offers.

We provide you with an option to opt-out of marketing-related email communications, however we may still need to send service-related notifications including information specific to your account and/or any classes, workshops, courses and/or therapy appointments.

We do not share any information with unrelated third parties, nor do we collect or retain any information other than that necessary for us to provide our services to you. Information collected will be stored securely and deleted once we are no longer legally required to retain it.

How We Store Your Data

Nurture Saddleworth Ltd makes use of third party software called TeamUp to manage some client information, class, course and workshop bookings. Your data is stored with TeamUp independently of Nurture Saddleworth Ltd and you should consult their data protection and privacy policy for details. Nurture Saddleworth Ltd stores your personal data in compliance with GDPR regulations. Data is stored securely, archived if inactive and anonymised when we are no longer legally required to retain it. Your personal data is stored securely to allow us to manage our on-going business and provide an efficient service to you. When paper forms are completed, these are stored securely in a locked cabinet for which only relevant practitioners or teachers have access. For insurance compliance purposes, paper consultation forms and treatment notes must be kept for seven years. If you have not visited Nurture Saddleworth Ltd for a period of three years, any personal information stored will automatically be archived and anonymised.

Third Parties

All data is securely stored and only shared by the Owners and administrative team at Nurture Saddleworth Ltd. Where we engage third party contractors (e.g. teachers and therapists) to perform services for us, those third party contractors may be required to handle your personal information. Under these circumstances, those third party contractors must safeguard this information and must only use it for the purposes for which it was supplied, although we are not responsible for ensuring this. Other than the above, we will not disclose your personal information without your consent except when required by the law in compliance with provisions of GDPR.
