This workshop will help to encourage your own self-expression, promote holistic healing, improve your overall confidence, remove emotional and energetic blockages, bring harmony and balance to your nervous system and create a greater sense of connection to yourself, others and nature. It will give you the knowledge and confidence to make use of your very own sound healing tool - your voice. Chanting is also considered an embodiment practice.

Why are we sometimes afraid to use our voice? The throat chakra, or energy centre, is the gateway for self-expression. To be able to fully express our authenticity with confidence and ease, we must have a clear, active and open Throat Chakra. In this fun and explorative workshop, Rebecca will guide you to discover the powers of your own unique voice and teach you ways to use it for self-healing. You don’t have to be able to sing, and it’s OK if you don’t know the first thing about chanting. You’ll be guided every step of the way! And you will not be asked to chant on your own or do anything outside your personal comfort zone. Everything is optional and even just listening to the chanting is healing in itself.

The workshop will begin with Yogic Breath Work and conclude with a full Crystal Bowl Sound Bath for deep relaxation.

Includes: Refreshments - herbal teas and healthy vegan sweet treats. Takeaway keepsakes/gifts
