Users may not download information from this site for their personal use and no part of this website may be copied, adapted or used for commercial purposes without the written permission of Nurture Saddleworth Limited.
Yoga Class Passes
To qualify for discounted rates allowed by class passes, clients must sometimes provide credit or debit card details (which will not be stored) and pay in full for the pass at time of purchase. Passes are only valid for the stated time period and/or the stated number of classes. The offer is non-refundable and non-transferable and is not eligible for further concessionary rates. All classes booked with class passes are subject to our standard cancellation policies.
Refund and Cancellation Policy for all Services
Our website allows customers to reserve a place in a studio class and also allows customers to purchase multi-class passes. All therapy appointments and 1:1 yoga but be booked by telephone or in person.
The following sections outline our refund and cancellation policies for all pre-booked classes, courses, workshops and therapy services whether pre-paid online or at time of appointment.
Studio Classes
Clients have the option of pre-booking classes up to 12 months in advance and all classes must be booked and paid in full online at time of booking.
Those pre-booking drop-in classes or using class passes may cancel a pre-booked class up to 24hours before the class start-time without penalty and a full refund will be issued. It is important to note that all pre-bookings are considered confirmed 24 hours prior to the class start time. At this point it is no longer possible to cancel your pre-booking and either you will receive NO refund OR the relevant number of credits will be deducted from your pass even if you do not attend.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the start of your class and please note that entry after the start of yoga class is at our discretion. If late entry to a yoga class is permitted, students must enter quietly and respectfully of other class attendees.
Courses & Workshops
You may cancel courses and workshop enrolments up to three days prior to the scheduled start date with no penalty. Occasionally it may be necessary for Nurture Saddleworth Ltd to cancel a course or workshop and if this is the case, you will be offered either a full refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event.
If you wish to cancel within three days of the start date there will be no refund unless there is a waiting list and we can transfer your booking to another applicant.
Therapy Appointments and 1:1 Yoga
All therapy appointments and 1;1 yoga sessions may be cancelled up to 24hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment within the 24hour period will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost. Unattended appointments which are not cancelled or rescheduled within the 24hour period will incur a fee of 100% of the appointment cost. Cancelled or unattended appointment fees will be charged at your next appointment or will be invoiced with 30 day payment terms if another appointment is not booked.
Products & Merchandise
Products and merchandise purchased from our shop may be returned within 14 days for full refund or exchange providing the item has not been used and is in its original condition and packaging. Should you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible for replacement or refund.
