Creating Internal Shifts with Sankalpa and Bhava
Second in this series of therapeutic workshops with renowned teacher, teacher trainer and yoga therapist Jane Craggs, we're delighted to welcome these sessions to gently encourage you to delve deeper into the principles of yoga. Ancient philosophy meets modern science, to help you explore the physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual effects of a regular yoga practice.
These very special, occasional Friday night sessions, open to everyone and held in the beautifully serene setting of Nurture are an opportunity to come and practice in person with Jane and go a little deeper into your yoga practice.
In this session, Jane will introduce the twin concepts of sankalpa (intention) and bhava (emotional recall) and guide you through a gently transforming practice.
This will be a breath led session with slow restful movements coupled with an uplifting intention for the summer season. You will leave the practice feeling grounded and simultaneously uplifted!
