Reiki is an ancient Japanese form of hands on healing. It is a beautiful gift to yourself, each session evokes a sense of relaxation, restoring balance and recharging yourself. It is a holistic way to relieve stress and keep your body and mind in optimum health.
Sophie was introduced to the wonders of Reiki 2012 when she qualified as a Reiki one practitioner, since then she has gone on to study and qualify in Reiki level 2 and Reiki Masters. Reiki has been embedded into Sophies life for over 10 years. Reiki has fuelled her to follow a life that is dedicated to the wellness of myself and others. Sophie offers weekly Reiki treatments and appointments, so has a deep knowledge of offering Reiki as a practice.
The body is our home, it is your sacred space that deserves to be nurtured and cherished. Reiki allows us to come home to the body, it is a key component in the connection back to the self, it is part of the self healing process.
First Degree Reiki Training in Saddleworth
Saddleworth Reiki One Training:
This training will take place over two days.
Saturday 8th June 2024 11-4pm
Sunday 9th June 2024 9-1pm
During this course of the Usui system of natural healing you will learn:
How to use the Reiki energy for healing the self, friends and family.
You will be given a comprehensive manual on Reiki, its history, philosophy and background.
You will receive the Reiki first degree attunement.
Guided meditation
Learn how to give yourself a Reiki treatment/ treatments to friends and family and have the chance to practice with each other.
Create a deeper understanding of the chakra system
Create a deeper connection to yourself and others on the course.
This course will be a small intimate group of people, that will take place in a beautiful, peaceful studio. You will also access to the therapy rooms & treatment couches to practice giving each other treatments.
Receive your Reiki one certificate.
Have continual support from an experienced Reiki master.
