A new month is a new chapter in our lives that is just beginning to unfold, a story yet to be written.

On the first Friday evening of every month we gather as a community to honour beginning of this new cycle.

The evening will entail:

Gentle yoga stretches, dancing, poetry, journaling, story telling, and an amazing music playlist that is guaranteed to get you movin’ and groovin’.

This is an evening of pure joy and magic for soul. A chance to welcome a new month in the year and dance the night away, an evening of pure magic to mark this next chapter in your life!
