An Ayurvedic facial treatment is a tailored treatment guided towards bring balance, harmony and health back to you and your skin.
The face is rich in energy channels know as nadis and marmas. When theses energy points are focused on in massage they bring equilibrium and relaxation to the body.
In this 60 minute treatment I use bespoke products and oils with an intention of bringing you and your skin back into a state of harmony and relaxation.
This treatment can help to awaken your natural beauty and keep your skin vibrant and healthy. It also makes skin more receptive to nutrients (which is why facials are so relaxing and beneficial).
The treatment includes:
Ayurvedic facial: personalised products are picked for your skin to deep cleanse, tone, exfoliate, moisturise and refresh.
A bespoke face mask made from natural clays will be made for you.
Ayurvedic facial massage: with hand picked oils to balance and revive your skin.
Indian head massage: neck, chest, arms, face and head massage for ultimate relaxation of the physical body
Reiki : for ultimate relaxation of your emotional and energetic body
