Sophie was introduced to the wonders of Reiki 2012 when she qualified as a Reiki 1 practitioner, since then she has gone on to study and qualify in Reiki level 2 and Reiki Masters. Reiki has fuelled her to follow a life that is dedicated to the wellness of herself and others. The body is our home, it is your sacred space that deserves to be nurtured and cherished. Reiki allows us to come home to the body, it is a key component into the connection back to the self, it is part of the self healing process; that’s why Sophie is so excited to be offering this beautiful healing treatment from Nurture Saddleworth.

Saddleworth Reiki Treatment Options

• 45minute Reiki  treatment which costs £40

• 60minute Reiki and Yoga Nidra treatment that costs £45
  (This treatment is a 45 minute Reiki treatment, followed by a 15 minute guided Yoga Nidra session. Yoga Nidra translates to yogic sleep, it is a guided relaxation to end your session which helps you to leave the session feeling completely relaxed and restored)

  Sophie also offers Aromatherapy massage and Indian Head Massage which you can choose to incorporate into your Reiki treatment.

• Indian head massage includes:

  Massage of the upper back and neck, chest and arms, face and head, all to help the physical body to relax. We then dive into the practice of Reiki to help to guide your whole body into a deep space of relaxation and rejuvenation.

• Aromatherapy massage:

  Aromatherapy Massage combines the benefits of holistic massage with the healing properties of carrier and essential oils.

  Aromatherapy Massage helps calm stress and can help to improve your sense of mental, emotional and physical well-being.

• 60 Minutes Indian Head Massage and Reiki treatment £45

• 75 Minutes Indian Head Massage, Reiki and Yoga Nidra treatment £55 (The ultimate relaxation treatment)

• Aromatherapy full body massage with Reiki £55 (75 minutes): This heavenly and deeply relaxing massage works on the full body, so each area of the body has a chance to unwind and release any tension you may be holding. This session is ended with a Reiki session to help re-balance and re-centre. A truly relaxing and recharging treatment.

• Aromatherapy Upper-body relaxation (60 minutes) £45: This massage focuses on those tension areas that we often feel in our shoulders, neck, scalp, face and back. Also giving the arms and hands a little bit of attention and love, as these areas are often forgotten about. This treatment combines holistic massage, Indian head massage and finishes with an optional Reiki session
