Vicky brings a wealth of experience to Nurture with a wide range of treatments ranging from relaxing Indian Head Massage and Aromatherapy to remedial Sports Massage. Each of these are available as a combination or standalone treatment and can be both relaxing and therapeutic.

Sports Massage can be helpful for anybody, not only athletes but anyone suffering from muscular stiffness, aches and pains. Massage relieves stiffness, can aid relaxation of muscle tissue, improve blood supply to soft tissues and so improve recovery time. It can also be an overall relaxing experience so may help aid better sleep.

Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of essential oils and they can be blended for a bath, added to a burner for inhalation or mixed with carrier oils for massage. Vicky has been blending oils for facials and massage for around 30 years.

Aromatherapy massage has both the benefits massage brings along with the therapeutic properties of each oil and so Aromatherapy takes a holistic approach to well-being of mind and body. The aim of treatment is to provide an enjoyable experience while also helping to relieve the effects of stress, tension and pain. A bespoke blend of oils will help you gain the most from your treatment.

Indian Head Massage is an ancient complementary therapy, a type of ayurvedic massage using acupressure points on the upper back, arms, shoulders, neck and face and has been practised in India for over a thousand years.

It may help to relieve stress, tension and mild headaches and could also help relieve sinusitis and congestion, improve mobility of the neck and shoulders.

Aromatherapy oils are applied to the hair as scalp massage and Vicky can include Indian Head Massage within a Facial if you are looking for a shorter, relaxing treat.

Aromatherapy Massage using specific Essential Oils: 30 minutes £30 or 55 min £50.00

Indian Head (essential oils can be used): 45 min £40.00

Deep Tissue Massage/Lymphatic Drainage: 30 min £30.00 or 55 min £50.00

Facial (essential oils can be used): 45 min £40.00
