Embarking on her own life journey, Katie has come to realise that change is not only inevitable but also essential for growth. She has used mindfulness and journaling to navigate those changes and is delighted to share both in these intimate workshops that guide you towards a deeper understanding of your own strengths and passions, helping you visualise and create your own path.

What started as a personal journey of healing for Katie, soon turned in to a passion for wanting to provide the same care to others. Mental Health and well-being is something she’s extremely passionate about. She offers Reiki Healing, Person Centered Counselling, CBT & NLP Therapy. Personal Development Coaching, Mental Health support, Journaling and Meditation Workshops, Mindfulness Guidance and Workplace Well-being.
